Jeff is a native New Yorker who currently splits his time between Montreal and Mont-Tremblant. For the past seven years, Jeff has been a real estate developer and property manager in the Mont-Tremblant region. Targeting residential and commercial projects, he manages all aspects of project development, including: overall strategy, site or property analysis and selection, funding strategy, project management timetable, financial budgeting, government approvals and permits, architecture and design, construction supervision, quality control, marketing and sales. Jeff is currently providing asset management services to several joint ventures owned by domestic and foreign investors. He is currently developing: 200,000 sq. ft. of land into a mixed-use commercial development project in St-Jovite and a five-star hotel-spa overlooking Lac Tremblant. He also manages income-generating properties in the Old Village of Mont-Tremblant while planning the development of new ones.
