Robert comes to the real-estate business with a background in renovation and construction, having owned his own company for many years. He has gained a great deal of knowledge about how homes are built and what goes into building one. If there is one thing that he has learned over the years about real-estate is that above all is its location, where you buy is the most important decision when purchasing.  Robert has travelled extensively throughout Europe and Asia, having visited, worked and lived in these places, he always seems to be drawn back to Canada. He is  biased having grown up here. Any time he told people he was from Canada, they all said that he is a very lucky person to have come from such a beautiful country.

As far as Robert is concerned Canada fits all criteria for investment, we have one of the most stable economies in the world, we have plenty of land for development, we have all the essential natural resources the rest of the world would love to have. It all comes down to one thing; Robert said it at the beginning: Location!

Robert est arrivé dans l’immobilier par le biais de la construction et de la rénovation.  Ayant été propriétaire de sa propre compagnie de construction pendant plusieurs années, il a acquis une grande connaissance des maisons et de ce qui est requis pour en construire une.  S’il y a une chose qu’il a apprise au fil des ans sur l’immobilier et l’achat d’une maison, c’est la grande importance de son emplacement.  Robert a beaucoup voyagé en Europe et en Asie et y a habité et travaillé, mais comme il a grandi au Canada, il en est partial et y revient toujours.  À travers ses voyages, quand il dit aux gens qu’il vient du Canada, ils le trouvent tous très chanceux de venir d’un si beau pays.

En ce qui le concerne, le Canada rencontre tous les critères de l’investissement, une économie stable et des ressources naturelles dont bien des pays sont envieux. Comme il l’a mentionné plus haut, l’important c’est l’emplacement.
